The truth that 14% of European employees are engaged suggests that the majority of European supervisors struggle to do either. They acknowledge that the manager-employee connection is the most essential driver of interaction and natural development, and they come close to the task of enhancing interaction with the same rigor, technique, and dedication that they come close to various other organization troubles.

Fortunately is that the majority of Europeans are disengaged but not irritated. They are resting on the sidelines, waiting to be motivated. They are winnable, and firms can repair this gap by better equipping their managers with the knowing and advancement they require to be better people managers.
